The Company

Advantage International Marketing
(AIM) is a young company with a rich history. It was founded in 1996 by
Mr. Michael A. Mangan, a veteran of more than thirty years in the energy
industry, most of it spent in the marketing and business development arena.
The company provides sales and marketing, business development and business
integration support to companies of all sizes. Its clients range from
the very large, e.g., Westinghouse Electric Company, to the very small,
e.g., Innerfaith Publishing. AIM has provided the following services to
its clients:
- business development
- business partnerships
- joint venture company development
- leveraging technology for improved
business results
- market evaluation
- market planning
- marketing
- sales
- project management
- project support
- sales planning
- strategic business planning
The support provided by AIM ranges from one-time efforts to allow an organization
to determine its proper business niche to providing complete marketing
and sales staffs. An organization may simply need to develop a marketing
plan or strategic business plan where it needs the support of an unbiased
outside observer. AIM has provided this support. Or, an organization may
want its entire marketing and sales effort provided externally. AIM has
done this also. AIM can provide the entire front end of the business cycle
for its clients, including developing the business and marketing plans
and performing the marketing and sales functions.
AIM has a broad international background that spans all six continents
and more than twenty countries. It has assisted companies in reaching
markets worldwide.

Michael
A. Mangan, President
Michael A.
Mangan has more than thirty years experience in the energy industry, with
the last ten years having a strong international focus. During this time,
he has initiated two successful joint venture companies and has led business
activities worldwide.

His joint venture companies include one in the United States, with American
and European partners, and one in the Peoples Republic of China, with
American and Chinese partners.

He has worked as an executive in Europe for three years, where he significantly
increased business outreach and established new markets.

Mr. Mangan served a six year tenure as the first president of a joint
venture company chartered to provide computerized and advanced technology
products. The company achieved profitability in three years, ahead of
most startup companies, and remains profitable today. He also served as
Vice-president of the Board of Directors for a company chartered to provide
nuclear field service activities and assumed full responsibility for the
company's inaugural business and marketing plans.

Mr. Mangan has developed numerous innovative communication programs to
educate community, business, and political leaders about energy topics.
He also designed and licensed nuclear power plant systems for United States
and Japanese utilities.

In addition to his business efforts, Mr. Mangan has provided community
leadership. In 1982, he founded and served as the first President of the
Energy Source Education Council, a non-profit organization dedicated to
educating America's youth about energy. The Council remains active today
and has educated approximately twelve million students. He also founded
and served as the first President of the Atlanta Pitt Club, a branch of
the University of Pittsburgh Alumni Association.
